PHAGWARA:A Young under training teacher Raj Kumar in Government Primary School in Village Rajgomal near Goraya was nabbed by several parents and village Panchayat members on the charges of allegedly molestation of small students in the School.Station House Officer Goraya Kewal Singh who rushed to the spot told this correspondent that the accused teacher tendered written apologise from the parents and panchayat and later he was given forgiveness after giving a strong warning to the character less teacher.
