CHANDIGARH:The Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association organised a tree planation ceremony in the premises of Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh on the occasion of 550th Birth Anniversary of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji on 13.12.2019 at 1:15 PM in the Library Lawn. With the efforts of Cooperation and Jails Minister S. Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, the Punjab Government had given 550 trees on the eve of 550th Prakash Purb of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
Mr. Justice Jitendra Chauhan, Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh and S. Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa planted the saplings in Lawn adjoining Library of Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association, Chandigarh. The said event was attended more than 500 Advocates.
Dr. Dayal Partap Singh Randhawa, President, Mr. Vikas Malik, Vice President, Mr. Rohit Sud, Honorary Secretary, Mr. Fatehjeet Singh, Treasurer and Ms. Rachna Rudra, Joint Secretary welcomed all the dignitaries who participated in this event.
