Rayat Bahra varsity pharma students get placements in top companies

MOHALI: Students who have passed out from the Rayat Bahra University School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, have got selected in renowned pharmaceutical companies. The USPS is continuously organizing placement drives and almost all passing out students got placement in various pharmaceutical companies.

Helsha and Gursimran of B Pharmacy 8th Semester got selected in production department of IDS Infotech. Manpreet of B Pharmacy 8th Semester has been selected as sales executive in Root Analysis. Saksham Sharma (production), Jyoti (Formulation & Development Department), Saurabh Kumar (Production) got selected In Abbott.

Avneet Gill, Bhavani, Jai Singh of B Pharmacy 8th Semester got selected as Production Documentation in Sun Pharma. In Nectar Life Science Bijay of B Pharmacy 8th Semester got selected as Chemist and Anmol Gupta, Rohit Kumar, Satinderjeet Singh, Jatin anand of D Pharmacy 2nd year got jobs in Sterile Preparation. Rajat B Pharmacy 8th Semester has been selected as Medical Representative in Svizera Healthcare. Mandeep of B Pharmacy 8th Semester got selection in Terrace Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd. as  Tender Execution in Documentation.

Deepak Bhosale selected as a Medical Representative in Alembic Pharmaceuticals. In Ziqita Healthcare Limited, Shubham Goel, Pankaj, Sanjeev Kumar of B Pharmacy 8thSemester have been selected as Emergency Medical Technicians. Jashanjot, Sarthak Sharma of B Pharmacy 8th Semester and Achima of M Pharmacy 4th Semester got selected as Relationship Executive in Cryoviva India.

In Dietitian Shreyas Family Diet Clinic, Sukhjinder of MSc (CR) selected as a Dietitian. In SG Diet Café Pvt Ltd., Neelam Sarkar of B Pharmacy 8th Semester, Niharika, Sheena, Payal, Shivangi of M Pharmacy 4th Semester, Chetna, Shivani, Shipra of MSc (CR) have been selected as Consultant and Anshul, Pankaj (B Pharmacy 8th Semester).

The placements have been in a pay package of Rs 3 to Rs 5 lakh per annum. The placements have been the result of efforts of the Vice-President of Placement Cell Gurinder Singh Bahra. The selected students were congratulated and blessed by Chancellor Gurvinder Singh Bahra and Vice-Chancellor Dr Daljit Singh,
