A colorful Splash by Tiny Tots Mark Annual Day celebration at KCPS

AMRITSAR: A colorful splash by the jiggling jubilants from the Primary wing highlighting dance, fun and frolics marked the Annual Day 'Imprints-the Reflection of Incredible India' celebrations at Khalsa College Public School (KCPS) here today amidst great zest, vibrancy and elation. The programme commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the Hon’ble Chief Guest, Tejinder Kaur Chhina who were earlier welcomed by Principal Amarjit Singh Gill.
The programme commenced with the school prayer followed by a traditional group song  presented first by a group of tiny tots to welcome parents. This was followed by the prize distribution ceremony where students who had excelled in academics, various competitions, contests and other extracurricular activities were felicitated by the Chief Guest. The students from all grades of primary wing showcased their talent in singing competitions, fancy dress, mimicry, skits, debates, dancing, poetry, painting and cartooning.

Swinder Singh Kathnangal, Vice-President, Khalsa College Governing Council (KCGC) was overwhelmed to see the mesmerizing performances of the students. He applauded the hard work and dedication of faculty and students for putting up such a great show.
Chhina hailed the students after watching their performances for the meticulous presentations and competitive spirits. "Such programs provide platform to the students to showcase their hidden talents of art", said Chhina.   

School Principal Amarjit Singh Gill urged parents to encourage and praise their children for their good work and achievements as appreciation gives them indomitable strength to face the world as its only school where children can make mistakes, freely learn from them and improve as well to become exemplary.
