KAPURTHALA:One five year old girl was raped in her house at village Parvez nagar near the town on Monday .
SSP Harish Damiya identified the accused as Mohammed Sourav a Bihari migrant living near the house of victim. police has registered a case of rape under section 376A, 376B, 452, 511IpC and section 5, 6 of POCSO act.
Narrating The details of the incident , SSP said the victim was alone at her house when her neighbour lured her with sweets and raped her.
When the victim parents came to house and the victim narrated the incident .
Her mother Poonam Devi lodged a complaint with Fattundhinga police station and police arrested the accused.
