GNDU MBA students in big demand by National and Multinational Companies

AMRITSAR: Multinational companies are hiring MBA students in big numbers from Guru Nanak Dev University. As many as 164 MBA students have been placed till now. These students will join their jobs in June-July, 2019 after passing out their respective courses in May 2019.

Multinational brands like HDFC Bank, HDFC Mutual Funds, ICICI Prudential, Berger Paints, IOL Chemicals, Jaro Education, Azure Power, Bandhan Bank, S & P Finance, SBI Life Insurance, Bajaj Allianz, Apollo Munich and many others have recruited MBA students from this University. The highest salary package was Rs. 6 Lakhs per annum offered by Azure Power. Where final year MBA students got jobs in multinational companies, students of MBA 1st year got summer internship offers in companies like HDFC Bank, Jaro Education, USA International, J Marathon and Berger Paints. In total, 702 students of Guru Nanak Dev University from batch 2019 has been placed till now.

All these students are from main campus Amritsar as well as the regional campuses and constituent colleges of Jalandhar, Gurdaspur, Sathiala anMukandpur.

Vice-Chancellor Dr. Jaspal Singh Sandhu congratulated the faculty of Management and students for this great success. He also appreciated the efforts of the Placement Department.
