MOHALI: Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, near Chandigarh announced free stay and food at its College hostel for its students who are staying in nearby PGs during the lockdown period due to coronavirus.
It is to be mentioned that few students were finding it tough to arrange basic necessities including food, medicines, sanitizer, mask etc because of the curfew. Hence, Management has decided to make the hostel as temporary residence for the ease of the students. Not only this, the management has also announced free food and stay at Aryans Hostels for students of other colleges also who are finding it tough to survive during curfew near Rajpura.
It is to be mentioned that with this decision Students of Jammu and Kashmir, North East, Bihar, Jharkhand and other states would be benefited who could not go back to their homes when the lockdown was announced.
