Cong Bihar poll manifesto promises drinking water, free education for girls

PATNA:The Congress on Wednesday released its manifesto "Bihar Badlav Patra 2020' for the upcoming state Assembly elections. The manifesto promises access to drinking water, free education for girls from kindergarten to post-graduation level, farm loan waiver, electricity bills waiver, increasing irrigation facilities for farmers and other goodies if elected to power.
