AMRITSAR: Giani Raghbir Singh Jathedar Sri Akal Takht Sahib has strongly condemned the descreation of gurbani scrolls and Gutka sahib in Morinda and demanded the strict action should be taken against the culprits who desecrated Gurbani scrolls.
The Gurbani scrolls and Gutka Sahib were kept outside on the roof of the barn for gross violation of etiquette. The police administration is strict against the accused.
Giani Raghbir Singh said that even though the police have registered a case under 295A against the accused, still they should be arrested immediately by imposing more sections against the accused and the matter should be thoroughly investigated so that this incident does not happen. All the perpetrators should be jailed.
Akal Takht Jathedar also said that strict orders will be issued from Akal Takht Sahib against the disrespectful persons.
