SGPC delegation led by Advocate Dhami receives warm welcome from local community upon arrival in America
AMRITSAR: A high-level delegation led by Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee President Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami was given a warm and enthusiastic welcome by local Sikh leaders and devotees at the San Francisco airport upon arrival in the US. Along with Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami, the delegation included Senior Vice President of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee S. Raghujit Singh Virk, Chief Secretary S. Kulwant Singh Manan, Member Bhai Rajinder Singh Mehta, OSD S. Satbir Singh, Secretary S. Balwinder Singh Kahlwan.
SGPC President Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami thanked the Sangat for the honor and said that the Sikh community living abroad has always been dedicated to Panthic concerns. SGPC is constantly working to further strengthen mutual cooperation among the Sikh community abroad and for this purpose, he has reached America along with a delegation. He said that after discussing with the Sikh leaders and Sangat here, the outline of future plans for the propagation of religion will be prepared and the work of establishing the Sikh Mission will be completed.
Advocate Dhami said that the SGPC will take forward the plans related to religious propagation work with the cooperation of the local Sikh Sangat with mutual consultation.
He also appealed to the Sangat to cooperate in the work being done by the SGPC.
