NURMAHAL: Punjab chief minister office (CMO) has directed financial commissioner revenue (FCR) to appoint Nurmahal naib tehsildar at the earliest.
Secretary Chief Minster office in official communication to financial commissioner revenue Vishwajeet said that Dilbag Singh‘s representation sent to chief minister on January13 is sent to you in original for immediate necessary action.
Residents have sought chief minister Captain Amrindar Singh’s’ intervention to appoint to appoint naib tehsildar at Nurmahal.
Dilbag Singh a social activist and a resident of Baina Pur village in reminder representation to chief minister said that post of naib tehsildar Nurmahal is lying vacant for the last four months after retirement of Pargann Singh.
Representation said that though district administration has given additional charge to Phillaur tehsildar but residents are suffering a lot. Dilbag Singh said that post should be filled at the earliest adding that representations to financial commissioner revenue were of no avail.
