Husband –wife duo among three booked for outraging woman’s modesty
NAKODAR:The Nakodar sadar police have booked three persons including a husband-wife duo on the charge of outraging woman’s modesty.The Investigating Officer (IO) Narindar Singh said that the accused have been identified as Harwindar a resident of Kang Sahibu village ,his wife Sarabjit Kaur and Kaloli a resident of the same village .

Santosh Kumar daughter of Dish Kumar a resident of the same village complained to the police the accused waylaid and assaulted her and tore her clothes with intention to insult her.
IO said that a case under section 354 (criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) , 323(voluntarily causing hurt) and 34(committing crime with common intention) of the IPC has been registered against the accused . No arrested have been made and raids are being conducted to nab the absconding accused.
