VIJAYAWADA: The ACB Special Court on Friday extended the judicial custody of senior Indian Police Service (IPS) officer N. Sanjay in the case registered against him for alleged misuse of government funds.
The ACB produced him before the court, which further extended his judicial custody till October 31. He was subsequently shifted back to Vijayawada District Jail.
The court had dismissed the IPS officer’s bail petition on October 13.
