63 donate blood at donation camp organised at village Bir Ghaggar

PANCHKULA: On behalf of the Vishvas Foundation and the Balmiki Samaj, a blood donation camp was organized in collaboration with the Indian Red Cross Society in village Bir Ghaggar Panchkula near Kheda.

As many as 63 persons donated blood. Special attention was taken to social distance, mask and sanitization in the camp. Former councilors Vinod Kumar, Rinku, Surinder Chauhan, Sumit and Golu Sonkar tried very hard to make the camp a success.

Vishvas Foundation general secretary Sadhvi Neelima Vishvas said that a 7-member team of Blood Bank Civil Hospital Sector 6 Panchkula collected blood under the supervision of Dr. Shalini. In this camp, Surinder Kumar donated blood for the 209th time and Ajay for the 22nd time.

All blood donors were encouraged by giving certificate of appreciation, soaps, masks, sanitizers and gifts. On this occasion Praduman Bareja, Vishal Kunwar, Shatrughan Kumar, Neeraj Yadav Blood Bank doctors and other dignitaries from the Vishvas Foundation were also present. Blood donation camp is being organized in the Inner Market Sector-9 on Sunday, 30 May. In this, Mayor Municipal Corporation Shri Kulbhushan Goyal will participate as the Chief Guest. Any healthy person can come and donate blood.
