PHAGWARA: MLU DAV College conducted seminar on Labour Day on 1st May, 2023 under the super vision of the principal, Dr. Kiranjeet Randhawa the seminar highlighted the issues faced by the working class across the world. The students of class 11th and 12th participated with great zeal and fervor. They beautifully presented their speeches and poems in respect of working class, and also demonstrated regarding exploitation, rights and solidarity of labour class.
While addressing the students, the principal said, “It is because of the working class the productions are made; it is because of the working class the actual economy of a nation is generated. The working sections of any society are the real builders. The need of an hour is to address their rights”. (EOM)
