MOHALI: Dr Parvinder Singh, Vice-Chancellor of Rayat Bahra University, has been honored by the advisory board of the National Scientists Round Table Conference (NSRTC) in recognition of his outstanding contributions to science and engineering and his scientific acumen.
The advisory board members at the Dr Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University, Pune, presented a citation of honor in acknowledgment of his life-long dedication and contributions to advancing research and the developmental goals of the nation.
