FEROZEPUR: Plantation Drive carried out in SHQ BSF Ferozepur and all under command units , here on Sunday DIG SHQ BSF Ferozepur , Brig Surendra Mehta , VSM ( Retd ) along with Officers , troops and families planted a large number of saplings in sector Head quarter campus .
Officers , troops and families of Border Security Force enthusiastically participated in the drive . Brig Surendra Mehta , VSM ( Retd ) stressed on regular and continues efforts directed at environment preservation is part of " Tufacut First Line of Defense " campaign of BSF.
BSF remains at the forefront of environment protection by way of planting of trees at all BSF locations in the country every year.
