FAZILKA: Senu Duggal 2012 batch IAS officer today joined as Deputy Commissioner of Faziilka. She is the 11th DC of the district and third woman officer to head this border district.
A brilliant, hard working and honest officer Senu Duggal worked as Additional Director and other positions in Information and Public Relations Department before she was inducted in the IAS cadre. She also served as special secretary General Administration and coordination and Special Secretary printing and sttionary in the state government.
Senu Duggal will also hold the additional charge of Commissioner of Muncipal Corporation of Abohar. She paid her triubutes to Dr.Bhim Rao Ambedkar and offered flowers on his statute before assuming charge.
Senu Duggal sought cooperation from all citizens of Fazilika in implementing the welfare schemes of Bhagwant Mann government. She said that health, cleanliness, security, transparent governance and care for the eledrly people will be her priorities.
