AMRITSAR: The center government is responsible for the incident of lynching on the Singhu border. The anger of the sangat has come to the fore on the Singhu border due to the lack of proper investigation of the sacrilege cases.

While talking to media Bibi Jagir Kaur President Shiromani Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee (SGPC) said.
She has also condemned the Centre's decision to widen the scope of Border Security Force.

Bibi Jagir Kaur said that the government did not seriously investigate the sacrilege incidents that started from 2014. Whenever the police caught someone in such a case, the answer was that he was mad or drunk.

The SGPC has been demanding every time such a person undergoes a narco test or a brain mapping test, but it has not been accepted till date.

SGPC President said that a committee of 3 members has been constituted. Along with this, scholars have also been added from Haryana. The committee will investigate the incident on the Singhu border in two days. She demanded the government to investigate the whole matter seriously, so that the truth behind the incident could come out. Some rumors are rife that close to 20 people are trying to foil the farmers' effort. In such a situation, it is necessary to bring out the truth of the matter by conducting a fair investigation.
