AMRITSAR: Twenty nine Punjabi people who were working in the state of Rajasthan entered in the Amritsar here today early in the morning at 2.30 a.m were intercepted by the district administration at outskirt of the city.
Confirming this, civil surgeon Dr. Prabhdeep Kaur Johal said that our health team reached on the spot, thoroughly examined them. She said that all the Punjabi have reached Punjab from Rajasthan via Fazilka.
Kaur said that all the Punjabi after complete medical examination, thorough past history of them noted, stamps of home quarantine was done.
She said all the Punjabi people were working in the state of Rajasthan. Stamps of home quarantine done besides advised further home quarantine for 14 days.
She said antecedents of them noted would be followed constantly for the next fourteen days by the team of Punjab Health department.
