FEROZEPUR: A meeting on Law and Order was conducted by the Deputy Commissioner, Ferozepur to conduct the election process in a fair, transparent and peaceful manner in view of the 2022 Assembly Elections. Presided over by Vineet Kumar.
Deputy Commissioner Mr . Vineet Kumar asked to form a joint team of civil and police officers to inspect the sensitive polling stations of 4 assembly constituencies in district Ferozepur and also asked the police department to deposit the firearms of the firearms license holders of the district. Apart from this pending cases related to Assembly elections 2017 and 2019 were also discussed.
On this occasion SSP. Ferozepur Harman Hans, Tehsildar Election Shri. Chand Prakash and Election Incharge Ravi Kumar were also present.
