AMRITSAR: All India Sikh Students Federation General Secretary Kuldeep Singh Majithia and Harsharan Singh Bhantpur Jattan in a joint statement took serious note of the killings of two Sikhs Kuljit Singh and Ranjit Singh in the backyard in Pakistan and asked the Indian External Affairs Minister of Pakistan security of Sikhs in Pakistan should be ensured through dialogue with the External Affairs Minister.

He said that even before this many Sikhs and Hindus had been killed in Pakistan. These killings are increasing day by day instead of stopping which is a matter of great concern. He said that on one hand Pakistan was pretending to be sympathetic to the Sikhs and on the other hand Pakistani Sikhs were being killed in broad daylight. Why these double standards?

He said that if there were no Sikhs in Pakistan then who would manage the shrines in Pakistan? To date, the killers and perpetrators of Sikh atrocities in Pakistan have never received exemplary punishment. Due to which the morale of the anti-Sikh forces has risen and the Sikhs have fallen. The Sikh community feels that if the killers of Sikhs are not caught then Sikh organizations will be forced to lay siege to the New Delhi Pakistani embassy in India.
