NURAMAHAL : The Bilga police have booked unidentified persons on the charge of illegal sand mining.Junior engineer cum mining inspector Jalandhar subdivision Amarjit complained to the police that unidentified person was carrying tractor trolly loaded with sand who managed to flee from the spot and an unidentified person driving four-wheel vehicle (PB-08-EX-2288) misbehaved with officers.
The investigating officer Ashwani Kumar said a case d under Section 21 of the Mines Act and section 186 (voluntarily obstructing any public servant in the discharge of his public functions) of the IPC has been registered against the accused and impounded a tractor trolley.
