NURMAHAL : The Nurmahal police have booked an unidentified driver on the charge of causing death by negligence.Rojwar Aalam a Bihar native complained to the police that his close relative Jamirudin Alias Aalu was returning to Jandiala village on bicycle on 27 when an unidentified vehicle driver who was driving fast and rashly hit him near Batura village and killed him on the spot.
The investigating officer Paramjit Singh said that a case under section 304-A (causing death by negligence) 279(rash driving on a public way) and 427(mischief) of the IPC has been registered against unidentified driver.
