NURMAHAL:The Nurmahal police have booked two unidentified persons on the
charge of snatching cash and jewellery.
Kulvir Singh a resident of Gorsian Nihal village complained to the
police that he was returning home with his daughter on November 4 when
that the unidentified motorcycle borne accused waylaid him and
snatched chain and tops form his daughter Sarabjit Kaur and his purse
containing Rs 2000 at a point of a sharp edged weapon.
The investigating officer Avatar Singh that a case under section 379-B
(snatching) and 34(committing crime with common intention) of the IPC
has been registered against the unidentified accused.
