NAKODAR:The Mehat Pur police have booked a Moga resident of the charge of breach of trust and cheating.The investigating officer (IO) Sarabjit Singh said that the accused has been identified as Kulwant Singh a resident of Sodhi Nagar , Zira Road Moga.
Tarsem Singh a resident of Umrewal Billa village complained to the police that the accused fraudulently sold his plot.
IO said that a case under sections 406 (breach of trust) and 420(cheating) of the IPC has been registered against the accused.
