RCED celebrates Janmasthami with religious fervor

CHANDIGARH: The Regional Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (RCED) celebrated Janmashtami with great devotion and enthusiasm on 26th August 2024. The event brought together students, faculty, and staff to honor the birth of Lord Krishna in a spiritually uplifting atmosphere.

The celebrations commenced with a traditional pooja, where everyone gathered to offer their prayers to Lord Krishna. The pooja was performed with full devotion, creating a serene and divine ambiance. The students took the initiative to prepare a beautifully decorated Jhula (swing) for Lord Krishna, which became the centerpiece of the event. The Jhula, adorned with flowers and lights, was a testament to the creativity and dedication of the students.

As the prayers concluded, everyone participated in the joyous tradition of cake-cutting, symbolizing the birth of Lord Krishna. The event was filled with spiritual fervor and unity, reflecting the rich cultural heritage of India.
