Raphael Collignon and Nikita Vishwase in singles semi-finals

CHANDIGARH: Raphael Collignon of Belgium toppled top seed Sacchitt Sharrma of India by 7-6(4), 6-3 in the boys singles quarter-final of the ITF World Tennis Tour Juniors Tournament for boys and girls under-18 at the Sector 10 Tennis Stadium here today.
Indian challenge in boys singles ended with the exit of Madhwin Kamath  and fourth seed Dev Javia.  Raphael upset top seed Sacchitt Sharrma (IND) in straight sets. Raphael and Sacchitt played high level tennis, Raphael won the 1st set in tie break 7-6(4). In the 2nd set Raphael maintained his rhythm and took the  set and match without getting much pressure 6-3.  
Michael Francis Eala (PHI) stunned Madhwin Kamath (IND) in a 3 setter match 7-5, 4-6, 6-3. 8th seed Roi Ginat (ISR) outplayed 4th seed Dev Javia (IND) 6-1, 7-6(4). 2nd seed Stijn Pel (NED) also advanced into last 4.
Qualifier Malaika Rapolu (USA) sails into Girls’ singles Semifinals. Malaika defeated Sandeepti Singh Rao (IND) in 3 setter match 3-6, 6-4, 6-1. 2nd seed Mai Napatt Nirundorn (THA) won from 5th seed Anastasia Astakhova (KAZ) in straight sets 6-4, 6-2. Holly Fescher (GBR) and Nikita Vishwase (IND) make into last 4 in girls singles.
In the Boys’ doubles Semifinals Han Chih Lin (TPE) and his partner Xiaofei Wang (CHN) defeated top seed Laaroussi Lalami Y (MAR) and Sacchitt Sharrma (IND) in straight sets 6-4, 6-3. In the another doubles Semifinals Roi Ginat (ISR) and Sahar Simon (ISR) defeated Nishant Dabas (IND) and Kabir Hans (IND) 6-4, 6-3.  
In the girls’ doubles Semifinals Lunda Kumhom (THA) and Yu Yun Li (TPE) defeated Priyanshi Bhandari (IND) and Rutuja Chaphalkar (USA) 6-3, 6-2. In another doubles Semifinals Anastasia Astakhova (KAZ) and Jiagi Huang (CHN) defeated Meshkatolzahra Safi (IRI) and Shuoran Wang (CHN) 6-3, 6-1
