Irregularities alleged in lecturers exam conducted by HPSC

KURUKSHETRA: The conduct of Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has comes under suspicion after the candidates who appeared for written tests for the posts of lecturer commerce alleged that the irregularities have been committed in conducting tests. Similar allegations were leveled by applicants who had appeared earlier  in the tests for the posts of lecturer in mathematics and English.

Now out of total 116 candidates selected for the posts of lecturer commerce 80 selections are from Guru Jambeshwar University Hissar.  Moreover the seating arrangement of the selected candidates shows that they were either paired  or were sitting with a fixed pattern. The roll numbers of the candidates were not issued in alphabetical order but in the order of as and when received. The written test was conducted on May 21 and result declared on June 5.

Now a number of candidates have registered their complaints with the CM window. Mohan Garg lecturer in a private college who had last year cleared the written examination and again appeared this year  has demanded re-examination of paper.
