Jalandhar bathes in Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji"s divine glow and spiritual splendour

JALANDHAR:Jalandhar today bathed in Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji’s divine glow and spiritual splendour as thousands of city residents visited the ultra modern Digital Museum installed at the grounds of the Lyallpur Khalsa College.
As the museum was opened in the morning at 6:30 am the visitors started visiting the museum set up by the Punjab government led by the Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh to showcase the life and teachings of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. The museum was part of celebrations planned by the state government for commemorating the 550th Parkash Purab of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji in a befitting manner. People from all walks of life and from all age groups visited the museum and had a rare experience through the hi-end technological museum aimed at disseminating the teachings of Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji. The Museum was a humble effort was of the state government to spread the message to people for embracing the ideology of love, compassion, equality, peace and brotherhood propounded by Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji in its true spirit.
Meanwhile, the Chief Editor of Nawan Zamana and veteran journalist Mr. Jatinder Pannu also visited the museum and shared his experiences with the students and other visitors. He also lauded the efforts of the state government to perpetuate the glorious legacy of Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji in the right earnest adding that the message of peace, humanity and compassion propagated by the great guru. Mr. Pannu said that this was need of the hour to make our coming generations aware of our glorious cultural heritage.
Pertinently, the museum has eight galleries depicting the various aspects of the life of the great guru. The Digital Museum based on multi-media technologies showcases the life and journey of revered Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. The experience of one God, omniscient, omnipotent, omnipresent and beyond all form and name has been brought Alive in the Digital Museum. The mesmerising never seen before Museum has brought together various technologies like Large Format Display (LFD) screens, Radio Frequency Identified Devices (RFID)) headphones, Immersive Sublimotion and a Virtual Reality (VR) experience.
Likewise, the Deputy Commissioner said that the digital museum combines science, art, technology, design and images of Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji to create an immersive experience. He said that the life journey of anecdotes and interpretative discourses of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji was also showcased through International Immersion of Sublimotion three wall projection and LFD screens.
