GS Sethi joins as new Principal, Khalsa College International Public School (KCIPS)

AMRITSAR: Khalsa College Governing Council (KCGC) today appointed Gurjit Singh Sethi as Principal, Khalsa College International Public School (KCIPS). Having an experience of 14 years in teaching, Sethi has been the Principal of prestigious schools including Kendriya Vidayala at Jaisalmer, Suranussi and Amritsar. He has undertaken projects on development of communication skills amongst children up to 8th level and conducted many in-service training courses for TGTs and PGTs.

He joined the duty in presence of KCGC Honorary Secretary Rajinder Mohan Singh Chhina and other office-bearers here today. Chhina said that Sethi would be an asset for the institution that had already been emerging as one of the best schools in the area. He said Sethi has pursued ISC from Cambridge University, and Masters in English from Krukshetra University.

``I am more than happy to get associated with the prestigious Khalsa Institution and  am thankful to the management for showing confidence in my capabilities.’’, he said. Meanwhile, the ex Principal D.K. Sandhu, who completed 13 years of service with the school was bid a warm send off by the staff and management.

KCGC additional Honorary Secretary Sawinder Singh Kathunangal, Joint Secretaries Gunbir Singh, Ajmer Singh Heir, Sukhdev Singh Abdal,SS Mannan, Rabir Singh, KCET Principal Dr. Manju Bala, KCPS Heir Principal Gurindrjit Kaur, KCE Ranjit Avenue Principal, SP Dhillon, and staff members were present.
