MOHALI: Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh organized an interactive session on emerging Opportunities in the field of “Role of Skill Development in Enhancing Employability” for its students. Mr. Amit Bhateja from Netcore Solutions Pvt. Ltd Gurugram was the key note speaker on the occasion.
Mr. Amit covered various aspects related to the students including Personality Development, Communication Skills, Pre Placement tips & Guidelines, Preparation & Cracking of the Interviews etc.
Mr. Amit highlighted Employment Opportunities in various areas and said that it’s a high time to take measures to improve the physical and mental development of the youths of the country to reduce the unemployment in the Country.
He further opined that in order to raise confidence, improve productivity and give orientation a proper skill development process should be initiated. Skill development will enable the youths to get blue- collared jobs.
Amit further added that development of skills, at a young age, right at the school level, is very essential to channelize them for proper job opportunities. There should be a balanced growth and development of skills in all the sectors and all jobs should be given equal importance.
